PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE – NOTICE OF CHANGE
Manatokan Oilfield Services Inc. invites members of the public to attend an Open House regarding a proposed Land Use Bylaw Amendment for its existing Conklin operations.
The proposed amendment would add “Industrial, General” as a discretionary use within the existing Rural District (RD) for the property legally described as SW-16-77-8W4M (DML250032), located on Leismer Road (approximately 5.5 km from the Conklin corner).
The proposed amendment would support the continued operation of the existing industrial facility, including industrial service support activities, construction support, and the cleaning, servicing, repairing, storage, and testing of materials, goods, and equipment associated with industrial and commercial businesses.
A Development Permit will be required before any future development proceeds.
