Brad Paisley

Brad Douglas Paisley (born October 28, 1972) is an American country music singer, songwriter and musician. Starting with his 1999 debut album, Who Needs Pictures, he has released 10 studio albums and a Christmas compilation on the Arista Nashville label, with all of his albums certified Gold or higher by the RIAA.[1] He has scored 32 Top 10 singles on the U.S. Billboard Country Airplay chart, 19 of which have reached #1. He set a new record in 2009 for most consecutive singles (ten) reaching the top spot on that chart.

Carrie Underwood

Carrie Marie Underwood (born March 10, 1983) is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She rose to fame as the winner of the fourth season of American Idol in 2005. Underwood has set and broken several records throughout her career. Her achievements led her to be inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in 2008 and into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame in 2009.[2] She has won a vast array of awards, including seven Grammy Awards, seventeen Billboard Music Awards, eleven Academy of Country Music Awards and eight American Music Awards, along with being nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song.

 

The Oakridge Boys

The Oak Ridge Boys are an American country and gospel vocal quartet. The group was founded in the 1940s as the Oak Ridge Quartet. They became popular in southern gospel during the 1950s. Their name was officially changed to the Oak Ridge Boys in the early 1960s, and they remained a gospel group until the mid-1970s, when they changed their image and concentrated on country music.

Buddy Mullins

In 2008, God called Buddy into local church worship ministry and he and his family now serve the Chapel at Crosspoint in Santa Rosa Beach.  Along with being a worship pastor, in January of 2013, he became the Director of Development for Hope for the World missions.   He continues to record and travel, mostly for Hope for the World, and he knows that God has placed he and his family in Florida to be a part of a growing work to reach their community and also to reach across the world. He states, “Worship is not a style of music, it is a lifestyle, one lived in relationship with the God we worship.”

 

Russ Taff

Russell Taff (born November 11, 1953) is an American gospel singer and songwriter. He has sung a variety of musical styles throughout his career including: pop rock, traditional southern gospel, contemporary country music, and rhythm and blues. He first gained recognition as lead vocalist for The Imperials (1977–81). One of his best-known performances is the song “Praise The Lord”. He has also been a member of the Gaither Vocal Band, and occasionally tours with Bill Gaither in the Gaither Homecoming concerts. As a solo artist and songwriter, Taff is known for the 1980s anthem “We Will Stand”.

 

Alan Jackson

Alan Eugene Jackson (born October 17, 1958) is an American singer, songwriter and musician, known for blending traditional honky tonk and mainstream country sounds and penning many of his own hits. He has recorded 15 studio albums, three Greatest Hits albums, two Christmas albums, two Gospel albums and several compilations.

 

Jadon Lavik

It’s fitting that independent singer/songwriter and worship artist Jadon Lavik titled his latest album Roots Run Deep(er), which releases in September 2012. The 10-track hymn-centric record not only serves as a follow-up to his successful 2008 release Roots Run Deep (BEC Recordings), but Lavik also returned to his historic roots by recording the new project in his native Oregon state. Lavik has maintained a strong affinity for the standards of the faith since growing up in a traditional church and singing from a hymnal each week. “I still have a deep and abiding appreciation for the richness of the old hymns,” he says.

 

Shirley Caesar

Shirley Ann Caesar-Williams, known professionally as Shirley Caesar (born October 13, 1938, Durham, North Carolina) is an American Gospel music singer, songwriter and recording artist whose career has spanned over six decades. A multi-award winning artist, with eleven Grammy Awards and seven Dove Awards to her credit, she is known as the “First Lady of Gospel Music”.

 

Paul Brandt

Paul Rennée Belobersycky (born July 21, 1972) is a Canadian country music artist, known professionally as Paul Brandt. Growing up in Calgary, he was a pediatric RN at the time of his big break. In 1996, he made his mark on the country music charts with the single “My Heart Has a History,” propelling him to international success and making him the first male Canadian country singer to reach the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart in the United States since Hank Snow, who last charted a Top 10 hit when “Hello Love” hit No. 1 in 1974. Brandt is married to Elizabeth Peterson, who can be seen in some of his music videos, and heard singing background on his CDs. A duet of the song “For You”, written by Brandt and Steve Rosen, was used by Dave Matthews and Johnny Cash on the We Were Soldiers soundtrack.
