Touch Canada Broadcasting is looking for bold, energetic, and driven Advertising Consultants to join our team. If you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping businesses succeed, this could be your calling.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt for new business (yes, that means prospecting + cold calls) and turn it into long-term partnerships.
• Build and manage your own list of clients—your mini-empire of advertisers.
• Craft creative ad campaigns that make local businesses shine on-air and online.
• Present big ideas with confidence, close the deal, and celebrate the win.
• Be the go-to connection between clients and our creative/production teams.
• Track results, tweak campaigns, and keep clients excited about their investment.
• Stay on top of trends and always look for “what’s next.”

What You Bring

• At least 2 years in business-to-business sales (media/broadcast experience = bonus points).
• A fearless approach to prospecting and closing—grit is your middle name.
• Stellar communication skills—written, verbal, and face-to-face.
• Organized, focused, and cool under tight deadlines.
• Tech comfort: Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and a smartphone.
• Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team.
• Bonus: familiarity with Christian contemporary music and spoken word programming (and the unique listener community we serve).
